If you would like to give the sponsorship as a gift, please also leave the name and address of the gift recipient when requested on the form.
Permanent sponsorship of a cat pen is also possible and makes a lovely tribute to the memory of a loved one. Permanent pen sponsorship will also make a big difference to the life of every single cat resident in your pen in the future. Permanent sponsorship costs £500 and includes two permanent plaques, one on either side of your pen.
