As much as our summer events programme has been affected this year, we are still very much looking forward to hosting our Christmas Gift & Food Fair at Exeter Racecourse on Sunday 29th November 2020.
We will have 60 quality gift and food stalls throughout the whole ground floor of the racecourse and will be offering light refreshments from 10am-4pm. We will of course create a wonderful festive atmosphere for our visitors to enjoy whilst kick starting their Christmas shopping.
We are looking for an eclectic selection of stalls, from crafters, artists, and food producers to join us. If this event is of interest to you and your business, we would love to hear from you.
All proceeds from the event will go towards providing care for the homeless pets at our rescue centre based in Ipplepen until they find their perfect forever home.
It is sure to be a fantastic event for a great cause! It really is thanks to events like these which help to care for and rehome over 600 domestic animals in South Devon every year.
Cost per 6ft stand is £35 with table(s) and chairs included.
We also kindly ask for a non-compulsory 5% donation of your sales on the day or whatever you can afford, should you wish to donate and make your support for the animals in our care go further. Whatever you can give would be gratefully appreciated by all the animals and care team at our centre.
Free parking is available on site for all stallholders and visitors and we will send you a complete stallholder information pack closer to the time, so you have everything you need beforehand.
We will as ever be promoting the event through a variety of marketing channels including our social media, where we have 12,000 followers and our nine Animals in Distress shops located throughout Teignbridge, Torbay and the South Hams.

We will only be running this event if we are permitted to do so under the COVID-19 government policy in place at the time. If we feel that the event cannot go ahead safely, we reserve the right to cancel it. If this is the case, we will give as much notice as possible and offer a full refund to any stallholders or the option to postpone to a later date.
