Peggy & Paloma Update

pugs, BOAS
We wanted to give you an update on the two lovely pugs, Peggy and Paloma, who both recently had surgery for BOAS-related conditions. Peggy had surgery to widen her throat so that she could breathe and eat more easily, and Paloma had surgery for entropian. Both have recovered really well and our vets are really pleased with their progress.
We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who donated towards Peggy and Paloma’s BOAS surgeries. The money you have given has made such a huge difference to their future lives, and we can’t thank you enough! You really are amazing and we are so grateful for your support.
Peggy has also now been spayed and has had a dental treatment. Both dogs are living in foster homes and are looking for their forever homes now.
Peggy and Paloma are both sweet and affectionate girls and are each looking for quiet homes as that is what they are used to. They have never lived with children but may be able to live with dog-savvy children aged 11+. They could possibly live with older, calmer dogs if introductions went well. Peggy cannot live with cats as she likes to chase them.
