Pippa (GSD cross) and Suki (Kelpie) – both aged 7 – are two best friends looking for their forever home together. When they first came into rescue the girls were not used to going out at all so were very scared at first. They have become much more confident during their time with us, and love being out and about and playing together in the field. However, they are not coping that well with being in kennels.
We would dearly love for Pippa and Suki to be rehomed together as they are so closely bonded and we are doing all we can to make this happen. However, they have been with us for over 4 months and have had zero interest from potential rehomers. Due to their stress levels, even though we don’t want to, there may come a time when we have to consider splitting them up to find them new homes more quickly.
More about them: Pippa loves attention and treats, and loves to chase birdies! Suki is a super-intelligent girl, who is best when she has lots to keep her clever brain busy! Suki can be a little reactive to other dogs, so ideally they would love to be the only pets in their new home. They could live with children aged 12+.
