Woof, it’s me Zelda!
I wanted to let you, my fans, know how I’m getting on! Thanks to your incredible generosity I had my cruciate ligament repair operation and it went really well, and I’m feeling so much better already! The vet is really pleased with how well I’m recovering, and I’m being exercised very carefully on the lead for now while the my legs build up strength again.
To tell you the truth, I’m a bit bored as I’m raring to go and start running around again! In a couple of weeks or so I will go swimming at the amazing Pool4Paws, who have kindly donated some free hydrotherapy sessions for me. I can’t wait!
I want to say a big thank you to everyone who donated towards my operation and made it possible. Altogether thanks to everyone’s kindness we raised an incredible £1,412.60 – Thank you so much!
A big thank you to Hugh Peplow and all the team at Seymour vets who did my operation and to Cairly Nairn and Pool4Paws.
I will keep you updated on all my progress as I recover and start to get my fitness back.
Thank you so much everyone for giving me my legs back!
-Much love from Zelda
